HuL and Feder Design developed Leoni plus´s little brother: The infant-long-term-ventilator Leoni 2.

Leoni 2 includes an automatic readjustment of trigger sensitivity relative to the patient´s tidal volume, allowing a safe and balanced ventilation of premature infants and children weighing up to 30kg. The ventilation is generated by a precision hot-wire flow sensor and a unique exhalation valve. Additionally, the individual settings of the different flows ensure highest flexibility which is necessary to set the correct ventilation mode. For monitoring purposes, a screen with a graphic menu is integrated and contributes to the safety via the possibility of visual control.
